As an architectural consultant, I contributed to the repositioning of a Class-B office tower into a luxury condominium in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Collaborating closely with the owner, I redesigned the aging brick façade into an elegant Jura limestone exterior, while preserving the Art Deco essence of the original design. Additionally, I conceptualized and designed three new amenity floors atop the building, featuring an infinity pool, gym, squash court, cinema, lounge, outdoor terraces, and more.
