This project is a redesign of Kevin Roche's tower at 60 Wall Street, bringing light and openness to the public space at the ground level.
Under the creative direction of Hugh Trumbull, I led the design and coordination efforts for the slanted glass atrium. The design had to navigate fire code regulations, meet the lighting requirements for the largest green wall in the U.S., and incorporate active cooling for the grow lights. For the atrium, we utilized the largest one-hour-rated low-iron glass available in the world—all to create a unique, garden-like experience for the office spaces.
